How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

This guide covers CyberKy Platform subscriptions (Premium / Ultra). Academy enrollments are handled separately—email support@cyberky.com if you need help with Academy billing. Manage billing in the dashboard 1. Sign in to CyberKy 2. Go to Dashboard → Settings 3. Open the Billing & Subscription tab 4. From there you can: - See your current plan - Open the billing portal (payment methods and invoices) - Cancel a subscription (when available for your provider) - Resume a subscription that is set to cancel at period end (Paddle subscriptions) Cancel a Platform subscription 1. Open Settings → Billing & Subscription 2. Choose Cancel Subscription and confirm 3. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period 4. After that, paid features end; your progress is saved There are no cancellation fees for standard Platform subscriptions. Canceling stops future renewals—it is not the same as a refund. Change plans (upgrade / downgrade) From Billing settings you can follow links to change plans (for example Premium ↔ Ultra). Checkout and entitlement updates are handled through our payment provider. If something looks wrong after changing plans, contact support with your account email. Whop (legacy) subscriptions Some older accounts still manage billing through Whop. In Settings you may see Manage on Whop. Use that portal for invoices and payment methods on legacy memberships.

How do I apply to CyberKy Academy?

CyberKy Academy (also called the Career Accelerator, and historically related to Cyber Warrior mentorship plans) is an application-based program. Spots are limited, so we look for dedicated, serious applicants. Application path 1. (Optional) Attend a free workshop at cyberky.com/workshop 2. Open the application page: cyberky.com/academy/apply 3. Complete the short survey (usually under 2 minutes) 4. Book or attend your consultation call 5. Before your call, review Academy FAQ videos and answers What happens after I apply? Our team reviews your application and follows up about next steps and fit. Academy is not an instant checkout like Platform Premium/Ultra—expect a conversation before enrollment. Phone number requirement Academy and workshop registration currently require a +1 (US/Canada) phone number so we can send SMS reminders and reach you about your application. If you do not have a +1 number, start with the self-paced Platform instead: cyberky.com/plans. How do I contact support or get help?

There are several ways to get help on CyberKy. Use the option that matches your situation. Live chat (Chatwoot) On most CyberKy pages you will see a live chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of the screen. Best for: quick questions about plans, access, workshops, or account issues while you are on the site. Tips for a faster response Include: - The email on your CyberKy account (and checkout email, if different) - Whether you are on Free, Premium, Ultra, Academy, or a legacy plan - What you were trying to do and what happened - Screenshots or error text when something fails If you are signed in, Chatwoot can already know your name and email so you usually do not need to re-enter them in the pre-chat form. When the chat bubble is hidden Live chat is intentionally hidden on focused learning screens so it does not cover the UI, including: - Course learn / preview / builder views - Lab workspace sessions - Resume Workshop - Active mock interview sessions If you need help during those screens, open a normal dashboard page (for example Settings or Dashboard home) or email support. In-app Help (feedback) Signed-in users can open Help in the dashboard sidebar (under Settings). That opens a panel where you can submit: - Bug — something is broken - Feature — something you want us to build - General — questions or comments - Security — security-related reports You can also visit cyberky.com/dashboard/feedback. I paid but do not have access — what should I do?

If checkout succeeded but your dashboard still looks like Free (or a feature is locked), work through these steps before contacting support. 1. Confirm you are signed into the right account Paid access is tied to your CyberKy user account, not only to the payment receipt. 1. Sign out and sign back in at cyberky.com/auth/login 2. Confirm the email in Dashboard → Settings matches the email you intended to use 3. If you checked out with a different email than your CyberKy login, tell support both addresses 2. Refresh entitlements CyberKy syncs subscriptions when you load the dashboard: 1. Open cyberky.com/dashboard 2. Wait a few seconds for the page to finish loading 3. Open Settings → Billing & Subscription and confirm the plan name Customer-facing plan names: | You purchased | Dashboard may show | | ---------------------- | ------------------------------ | | Mid Platform tier | Premium | | Top Platform tier | Ultra | | Legacy mentorship plan | Cyber Warrior (or similar) | If you just finished checkout, wait 2–5 minutes, then hard-refresh the page (Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+R). 3. You should see: - Your current plan name - An Active badge if the subscription is valid - A Manage Billing (Paddle) or Manage on Whop (legacy) button If Billing still shows Free Tier after a successful payment, continue below. 4. Common causes Payment is still confirming Some checkouts finish in the browser before our servers receive the final confirmation webhook. Access updates when that confirmation arrives. What to do: Wait a few minutes, refresh the dashboard, then check Billing again. Different email on Whop (legacy) Older Whop purchases sometimes use a different email than your CyberKy account. We try to reconcile those automatically, but mismatches can delay access. What to do: Email support@cyberky.com with: - CyberKy account email - Checkout / Whop email - Approximate purchase time - Plan name Wrong product Academy enrollment, Platform Premium/Ultra, and legacy Whop plans are different products. Buying one does not automatically unlock the others (except Academy packages that explicitly include lifetime Platform access). What to do: Confirm which product you bought on your receipt, then compare with CyberKy Academy (Cyber Warrior) vs CyberKy Platform. Feature locked on purpose Even on paid plans, some tools have monthly limits (for example Interview Coach on Premium) or are reserved for Academy / Cyber Warrior (for example Resume Workshop). What to do: See Resume Accelerator and AI Interview Coach and Platform plans and pricing. 5. Contact support with the right details Email support@cyberky.com or use live chat. Include: 1. What is the CyberKy refund policy?

Platform subscriptions (Premium and Ultra) We offer a clear 14-day refund window for CyberKy Premium and Ultra platform subscriptions. What is covered - CyberKy Premium platform subscriptions - CyberKy Ultra platform subscriptions - Purchases processed through CyberKyle LLC (payments are typically handled by Paddle) Key rules 1. 14-day window — Request a refund within 14 days of purchase. 2. Original payment method — Approved refunds are returned to the payment method used at checkout. 3. Cancellation vs refund — You can cancel a subscription to stop future renewals at any time. A refund for a recent purchase still must fall inside the 14-day window. How to request a refund 1. Email support@cyberky.com within 14 days of purchase (subject line: Refund request works well). 2. Sign in, email verification, and password reset

This guide covers CyberKy account access: signing in, verifying your email, and resetting your password. Sign in 1. Go to cyberky.com/auth/login 2. Enter the email and password for your account 3. Continue to the dashboard CyberKy currently uses email and password sign-in. If you see a message about a security upgrade on an older account, follow the password reset email we send so you can set a new password. Create an account See How do I create a CyberKy account? for registration steps and username rules. After you register, you can usually enter the dashboard right away. We still ask you to verify your email so the account stays secure and so we can reach you about billing or workshops. Verify your email Why it matters An unverified email can block some sign-in paths and leaves a banner on your dashboard until you finish verification. How to verify 1. Open the verification email from CyberKy 2. Click the verification link 3. If you are already in the dashboard, click I verified on the banner after finishing Check spam / promotions folders if you do not see the email. Resend the verification email From the dashboard banner: 1. Click Resend email 2. Wait for the confirmation toast 3. Check inbox and spam again There is a short cooldown between resend requests (on the order of a few minutes) to prevent abuse. Verification links expire after about one hour—request a new email if the link is old. You can also use cyberky.com/auth/verify-email. Auto-verify after purchase If you complete a Platform checkout and the payment email matches your CyberKy account email, we may mark the email verified automatically. Forgot password 1. Go to cyberky.com/auth/forgot-password 2. Enter your account email 3. If an account exists, you will receive a reset link shortly For privacy, the success message is shown even when the email is not found. Reset links expire in about 15 minutes. Request a new one if needed, then set a password of at least 8 characters. Changing your email later In Dashboard → Settings → Account, you can request an email change. CyberKy sends a verification step to the new address before the change completes. Still locked out? Email support@cyberky.com from an address we can match to your account (or include your username and approximate signup date). Do not share your password.
