What is the CyberKy refund policy?

This article summarizes the CyberKy Platform refund policy for Premium and Ultra subscriptions purchased through CyberKyle LLC.

Platform subscriptions (Premium and Ultra)

We offer a clear 14-day refund window for CyberKy Premium and Ultra platform subscriptions.

What is covered

  • CyberKy Premium platform subscriptions

  • CyberKy Ultra platform subscriptions

  • Purchases processed through CyberKyle LLC (payments are typically handled by Paddle)

Key rules

  1. 14-day window — Request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

  2. Original payment method — Approved refunds are returned to the payment method used at checkout.

  3. Cancellation vs refund — You can cancel a subscription to stop future renewals at any time. A refund for a recent purchase still must fall inside the 14-day window.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@cyberky.com within 14 days of purchase (subject line: Refund request works well).

  2. Include:

    • The email address used at checkout

    • Whether you purchased Premium or Ultra

    • Approximate purchase date (if you know it)

  3. Our team will locate your order and process the request according to the 14-day policy.

Canceling without a refund

If you are outside the 14-day window (or do not want a refund), cancel from Dashboard → Settings → Billing (or through the billing portal link provided there). You keep access through the end of the current billing period. Future renewals stop after cancellation.
