Platform subscriptions are billed through our payment providers. Use the billing portal for invoices, payment methods, and receipts.
Open billing from CyberKy

Sign in and go to Dashboard → Settings

Open Billing & Subscription

Under Payment & Invoices, click:

Manage Billing — for newer Paddle subscriptions

Manage on Whop — for older Whop memberships

The portal link is generated when you click, so always open it from Settings rather than bookmarking an old URL.
What you can do in the portal
Depending on your provider, you can usually:

Download invoices / receipts

Update the payment method

Review renewal dates

Manage cancellation settings (provider-specific)
Which provider do I have?

If you have Whop history but no active SaaS membership, Settings may still offer a Whop portal / hub link for past invoices.
Academy purchases
Academy enrollments are not always listed the same way as monthly Platform subscriptions. If you need an Academy receipt, email support@cyberky.com with your checkout email and approximate purchase date.
